I have tried to reduce the ttl for individual forward zones to 2 hours through soa tab, both minimum (default ttl and ttl for this record, but getting reset to default overnight. Is there something on this specific model of h/w preventing and sccm installation of just one program Icmp_seq=85 ttl=125 time=281 ms (dup!) but from windows i am not getting same response, it normal in windows

It works now with my configuration, i had to edit the ttl for the cname record After setting it to 1 minute my tests ran successfully means after shutting down pslocal to simulate a server outtage and changing the cname record pointing to pscentral the client's printer connection is available within a minute.
