Yes, the virtual directory ecp have the correct url (in both, internal and external url) I recreated again the virtual directory and it removed my external url but i specified it again. The only thing are configuration tasks in owa like rules and so on which use ecp virtdir get same error. When a user trys to use some options in ecp we get a popup saying invalid canary. I've check the exchange server and i see that on ecp the mailbox do not results on o365! So i've check on portal.office.com and i saw that the user still has the mailbox on exchange online
